Transmagic has released the German language version of the Transmagic 2005 translation software.

Transmagic has released the German language version of the Transmagic 2005 translation software.

The company collaborated with distribution partner, Camtex GmbH, in Suhl, Germany, to produce a completely localised German version of its 3D CAD translation software.

"Increased demand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland was the driving force behind our release of a German version.

Camtex's thorough knowledge of CAD translation is a tremendous asset to us.

Thanks to help from Camtex, our German speaking customers now use high quality CAD data conversion tools in their native language," commented Todd Reade, president of Transmagic.

The software provides CAD formats compatible with every CAD/CAM/CAE software system and is the first complete and affordable multi-format application of its kind believes the company.

The product supports most major MCAD and neutral file formats including CATIA V5, CATIA V4, Unigraphics, Pro/Engineer, ACIS, Parasolid, STEP, Stereolithography, IGES and HSF.
