Wyko Industrial Services and THK have celebrated the completion of their first successful year of trading - a year in which sales of THK and associated linear motion products have risen dramatically.

Wyko Industrial Services and THK have celebrated the completion of their first successful year of trading - a year in which sales of THK and associated linear motion products have risen dramatically.

In particular, Wyko has seen significant growth in the sale of THK's Caged Ball linear motion guides, which the Wyko branches throughout the UK have found to provide reliable, high performance and cost effective solutions for customers throughout industry.

Steve Weaver, Product Manager, for Wyko Industrial Services, is delighted with the success of the distribution agreement.

"Although we have engineered linear motion solutions for some years, the recent addition of THK technology, especially their Caged Ball guides, has enabled our technical sales teams to offer customers an even greater choice of solutions and options".

"The combination of the THK product range with Wyko in-house machining and local service allow us to provide solutions that exactly match the technical and commercial requirements of a much broader range of applications".

Although THK is the world's largest manufacturer of linear motion products it relies on its network of distribution outlets.

Paul Braddy, THK's Business Development Engineer explains: "The 170 nationwide Wyko branches ensure that our products are immediately available to end users and that customers receive prompt and knowledgeable technical and applications support at a local level".

"In addition, the company also has access to our technical support resources in the UK, Germany and Japan".
