With the Duratrue 90 Dual Shaft Planetary Gearhead, designers can operate two axes with a single servo motor - saving money by eliminating components.

Increase system reliability and use fewer parts with the new Duratrue 90 Dual Shaft Planetary Gearhead! With this dual shaft gearhead, designers can operate 2 axes with a single servo motor - saving money by eliminating components.

The Duratrue 90 dual shaft gearhead offers a backlash of 8 arc-minutes, has a peak torque rating of 842Nm and has a peak radial load capacity of up to 8kN.

It is available in 60mm, 90mm, 115mm and 142mm sq.

frame sizes, and ratios of 1:1 to 500:1.

It is the ideal choice for replacing older, spiral bevel geared right angle gearheads.

In a smaller package, Duratrue 90 planetary gearhead's deliver higher torque and longer life than spiral bevel geared right angle gearheads.

Additional features include: steel gears hardened to HRC 56 minimum for long life, lifetime lubrication designed to reduce costly downtime, light weight anodized aluminum housing, stainless steel output shafts with heavy duty tapered roller bearings, needle bearings on planet gears and easy mounting with the RediMount* motor mounting system.

The Duratrue 90 dual shaft planetary gearhead is ideal for use in such applications as material handling, robotics, and packaging.
