In response to customers whose applications are contaminant sensitive, Thomson Industries has a range of cleanroom- and vacuum-compliant ballscrews that are assembled, packaged and nitrogen purged inside a laminar flow Class 10 cleanroom environment In addition to being nitrogen purged, the assemblies are lubricated, bagged and sealed to eliminate contamination and enhance shelf life
