Thomson Industries offers its Nyliner engineered polymer bearings in seven sleeve, flanged and snap-in types They are available from stock in 225 standard millimetre and inch sizes, and with inside diameters ranging from 0.1875 to 1.5in (4.763 to 38.1mm)

Injection-moulded Nyliner bearings offer: long service/low maintenance; low friction/high precision; no lubrication needed; smooth, quiet operation; damp out noise and vibration; corrosion resistance; and easy, low cost installation.

They are ideal for use in many light-to-medium duty applications, such as seat and pedal pivots, linkage guides, hydraulic cylinders etc.

For higher temperatures and loads, Nyliner Plus bearings provide better cost/performance than steel backed PTFE and filament wound bearings.

Other proprietary polymers and custom designs for large volume applications are also offered.
