A new catalogue features detailed information on the complete line of Thomson profile rail linear guides.
The new profile rail linear guides catalogue provides 72 pages of complete technical specifications, performance data, and accessory details on each of its Thomson profile rail linear guide product lines.
The user-friendly catalogue offers easy-to-read reference material for profile rail selection, design parameters, and application considerations, that enable users to quickly select the correct Thomson profile rail product for their needs.
Additionally, the catalogue describes the custom capabilities and engineering support available from Danaher Motion and its experienced engineering team.
The product lines in the catalogue include the AccuMax linear roller guides.
These guides offer approximately twice the rigidity and load capacity of equal-sized linear ball guides, are extremely precise, and are easy "drop in" replacements for most linear ball guide systems.
Also included is the Thomson AccuGlide, a high rigidity ball guide with an industry standard envelope and interchangeability in all accuracy classes and preloads and, the AccuGlide Mini, with its low profile, compact design providing low friction linear motion even at high speeds.
New to the Thomson profile rail linear guide catalogue is the complete line of MicroGuide stainless-steel linear guides.
The MicroGuide provides high precision accuracy and extremely smooth operation.
These guides are ideal for semiconductor processing and packaging, medical, and testing and inspection equipment applications.
The AccuGlide T-Series is also new to the catalogue.
Up to five times more forgiving of bed preparation errors than all steel profile rail guides, the cost-effective T-Series is easy to install and provides high load capacities up to 2098kg.
