The Micron EverTrue continuous-duty planetary gear head is specifically designed for higher speeds, longer life and continuous duty operation The advanced technology and custom lubrication allows the EverTrue to last at least 30kh running 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

"Most gear heads on the market today are designed for standard intermittent duty cycles.

The Micron EverTrue planetary gear head is specifically engineered to handle duty cycles at high speeds with no dwells", states Howard Horn, Product Manager.

"It provides three times the life expectancy of standard-duty gear heads and runs at 95% efficiency".

The continuous duty Micron EverTrue is available in three frame sizes - 100, 140 and 180mm - with ratio availability from 4:1 to 100:1.

Additionally, the EverTrue gear head is designed to run at lower operating temperatures compared to the industry standard has an ultra-precision specification of 4arc-min of backlash.

Lubricated for life, the EverTrue features no maintenance, no leaks and no downtime.

Equally impressive, the EverTrue gear head is RediMount compliant which features include an error free, three step mounting system.

Each RediMount kit manufactured by Danaher Motion is motor specific and not gear head specific making installation of any gear head to any motor within the same frame size quick and simple.
