Control Design readers have chosen Danaher Motion's Thomson as the 2006 "reader's choice" award winner in the ball screw/lead screw category.
Control Design readers have chosen Danaher Motion's Thomson as the 2006 "reader's choice" award winner in the ball screw/lead screw category.
The awards recognise excellence in instrumentation, controls, and automation technologies to the industrial machine builder community.
Control Design magazine's reader's choice awards are the result of an unaided survey of subscribers who have authority to specify, recommend or purchase industrial automation and control products.
Hardware and software categories are listed without any list of vendors, and participants are asked to indicate the single best vendor for the products he or she has experience with.
"Our current lead screw and ball screw offering is the culmination of more than 30 years of mechanical engineering quality, strength and expertise, and we are honoured to be recognised for those efforts by the reader's of Control Design", says Patrick Scott, Business Unit Manager North America Industrial Ball Screws.
