Deltran, the Danaher Motion brand name most recognised for its genuine wrap spring and electromagnetic friction clutch/brake products, has been paired with Thomson.
Deltran, the Danaher Motion brand name most recognised for its genuine wrap spring and electromagnetic friction clutch/brake products, has been paired with Thomson, the leading manufacturer of mechanical motion control solutions.
The Thomson product family includes wrap spring clutches and brakes, friction clutches and brakes, linear bearings and guides, ball screws and lead screws, actuators, shafting, precision balls, as well as positioning slides/linear units.
"Pairing these respected brands promises to increase the presence and awareness of the Thomson-Deltran product offering in the marketplace, which serves our primary goal of helping OEM machine builders build a better machine, faster", says John Pieri, Thomson-Deltran Business Unit Manager for Clutches and Brakes.
Thomson-Deltran serves a wide range of markets including automotive actuators, semiconductor, medical, electric vehicle systems, electronic assembly, textile, packaging, material handling, converting and aerospace and defence.
