The TS12 portable heat sealer produces repeatable and verifiable heated crimp seals from flexible packaging materials for seal testing, sample package development or small production sealing.

A digital temperature controller provides independent control over the upper and lower jaws and is assured to +/-0.15C across the entire length of the seal.
A digital timer provides precise control over the sealing dwell time.
Interchangeable seal jaws are available in a variety of sealing patterns from 5 to 12in long.
The quick-change design allows for rapid changes between sealing patterns.
Standard features include footswitch operation and a sample platform.
