Registration is now open for the TCT 2006 Conference and Exhibition.

TCT 2006 is the only UK event focused on providing solutions for accelerating products to market.

Visitors will be able to learn of the latest rapid product development (RPD) technologies and witness real case studies from manufacturers in similar sectors.

The organiser is delighted to welcome Huntsman Advanced Materials and EOS as headline sponsors for this year.

Exhibiting alongside the sponsors will be a host of leading RPD companies including DSM Somos, Surface Generation, Tebis, Laser Lines/Stratasys, Virtalis, 3TRPD, Z-Corp, Protomould, Paragon, Protool Manufacturing, Amber Composites, Alphaform, Formaplex, Faro, MCP, Gemini, AME Prod Dev Solutions, Advantage CFD, Art Systems/Contex, Algram, Objet/HK Technologies, and Next Factory.

Duncan Wood, Director of Sales commented: "Whether you are working for a global engineering concern or an SME, the rapid product development and rapid manufacturing technologies on show at TCT 2006 will help you to reduce time and cost to market, and have a demonstrable impact on the bottom line".

"All of the major players in the sector will be represented and it really does mean that a day at TCT this year will be guaranteed to send you back to the office with something you haven't seen before".

"If you are looking for the competitive edge then you'll find it at TCT this year".

Running alongside the TCT 2006 exhibition will be a two day conference dedicated to the fast emerging technology of rapid manufacturing.

18 papers will be presented over the two days covering "live" rapid manufacturing applications from automotive, aerospace, medical and consumer companies.

With a keynote address from Wil Schoenmakers of PA Consulting, this conference promises to give not only the technology insights but the business benefits behind adopting rapid manufacturing.

A detailed programme will be released in the next month.

TCT 2006 will take place on 19th and 20th September at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

At the centre of the Midland's manufacturing belt, The Heritage Motor Centre is located in the heart of England, just minutes from Junction 12 on the M40, offering easy access to the whole country.

Birmingham International Airport is just 30 minutes away and mainline railway stations can be found at Royal Leamington Spa, Banbury and Warwick Parkway.

There is ample free on-site parking for 2000 cars.
