Advanced aftermarket services for valve users
Tyco Valves and Controls now offers customers the benefit of guaranteed performance with an advanced aftermarket service, including dedicated valve repair for power plant installations.
The range fully conforms to all relevant international standards including ISO, DIN, TRD, VGB and TRB.
It also holds a CE mark 100% compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
The valve is offered in connection sizes from 50 to 600mm, to connection standards ASME B16.5 for flanged, ASME B16.5 and DIN2248 for buttweld.
Other connections are available on request.
Its operating temperatures range from -46 to +650C, and the Raisteam is rated for pressures from ASME 900-4500, DIN from PN160 to PN720.
Extreme tightness is ensured by the valves' pure graphite packing and gasket design, which meets health, safety and environmental requirements to minimise the risk of fugitive emissions.
The advanced pressure seal bonnet has been designed to be dismantled easily for simple maintenance access, and a flexible split wedge is offered as standard, with the wedge guide integral to the valve body, thus avoiding any welding.
Parallel slides are available on request.
