Tyco Valves and Controls now offers customers the benefit of guaranteed performance with an advanced aftermarket service, including dedicated valve repair for power plant installations.

The extensive range of valve and actuator products offered by Tyco from group-owned manufacturing resources means the organisation is able to apply its expertise to the servicing of all valve equipment.

Valve users can now rely on Tyco Valves and Controls for servicing, repair and maintenance critical to effective valve performance, in the knowledge that such work will conform to the original manufacturing standards.

Throughout the UK, Tyco is able to deploy dedicated factory-trained and fully authorised technicians to deliver after-sales support both on and off-site.

On-site services may include in-situ testing and in-line servicing, and valve repair.

Tyco's mobile workshops are equipped to perform all types of valve repairs, recertification and commissioning to British, European and American standards.

Tyco's engineers are qualified to extend this service to all makes and types of valves.

As well as general service and repair, Tyco operates a total valve management system, including "just in time" manufacturing processes, data integrity management, risk base inspections, valve criticality reviews, inventory control and performance history database (PhD) software.

These comprehensive resources make aftermarket support easier and more cost effective, allowing for professional management of the user's valve population data to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
