Valves take on high temperatures and pressures
Rated for temperatures to +650C and pressures to ASME 4500, the Raisteam gate valve from Raimondi is available for applications in the chemical, petrochemical, offshore and power industries.
Advanced aftermarket services for valve users
Tyco Valves and Controls now offers customers the benefit of guaranteed performance with an advanced aftermarket service, including dedicated valve repair for power plant installations.
Both valve types are supplied with a 316L stainless body as standard.
The wafer weld configuration features integral butt weld flanges, separated by two stainless steel jacking bolts.
This facilitates removal of the centre valve section for maintenance or replacement, without disturbing the connecting process pipeline.

System simplifies inline sampling
True representative sampling of highly corrosive media is provided without process interruption by the Neotecha Sapro inline sampling system.
Pneumatic actuators take it tough
For use in the most demanding process environments, PremiAir pneumatic actuators are engineered to provide reliable and economical operation for all types of quarter-turn valves.
The maintenance friendly wafer configuration allows for substantial cost and time savings, a significant reduction in plant downtime, and facilitates spares identification.
To ensure the highest possible integrity of process media, the butterfly valves are available with food grade seat and seal material options.
Acetal bearings above and below the valve seat decrease torque and extend seat life.
Standard features on both configurations include integral valve position indicator, a mirror-polished high-Cv slim-profile disc and integral padlocking.
This high impact description is relative to the nylon lever only and should be removed in total.
The F250 and 251 are offered with a full range of optional actuation and control accessories, including the Keystone fig 257 vertical actuator, and the fig 783 electronic control head.
Incorporating a 'mansafe' spring design for full maintenance capability, the fig 257 vertical actuator can be connected and disconnected from the valve in seconds without removing the valve from the process pipeline, due to a unique mounting arrangement.
The fig 783 IP67 control head features an integral solenoid with throttling of both open and closed exhausts, which enables speed control in both directions of operation.
Suitable for pressures from full vacuum to 1000kPa (10bar) and temperatures from -10 to +95C, the valve body is constructed from 316L stainless steel.
End connection sizes range from 25 to 150mm.
Fig 250 and 251 are also available as part of a network solutions package, compatible with leading fieldbus protocols including ASI and DeviceNet.
