Valves take on high temperatures and pressures
Rated for temperatures to +650C and pressures to ASME 4500, the Raisteam gate valve from Raimondi is available for applications in the chemical, petrochemical, offshore and power industries.
Advanced aftermarket services for valve users
Tyco Valves and Controls now offers customers the benefit of guaranteed performance with an advanced aftermarket service, including dedicated valve repair for power plant installations.
The ZRPlus control position monitor provides an economical solution for position monitoring and control of automated valves in corrosive environments.
Featuring hermetically sealed feed switches and integrated monitoring and control, the unit is suitable for use with all switch and proximity configurations, and with all voltages.
A compact, CENELEC approved unit, ZRPlus conforms to IP67 ingress ratings, is intrinsically safe, and is certified to hazardous area Zones 0,1 and 2.
Designed to provide accurate information about the exact positional status of a valve, the analogue SmartCal intelligent positioner also offers historical information such as input signal data and actuator pressure.
The AMS aware unit can collect historical valve data to ensure that optimum performance is achieved over the entire control valve package.
Because position feedback is transmitted via noncontact means, SmartCal can be mounted either directly at the valve, or located up to 50m from the valve site.
This makes it particularly useful for applications involving high vibration or corrosive conditions.
For flexible, simplified, and safer calibration of valve positioners, the EaziCal IR analogue positioner features two calibration methods.
The AutoCal touchpad located on the unit allows for local manual operation.
For applications where the unit is located in conditions unsuitable for plant personnel, calibration can be undertaken using an infra-red signal from a handheld remote control.
The AVID range of actuator control products utilises the ModMount low-profile mounting base, the HiVue visual display for local position identification and the EasiFix swift and simple switch adjustment system, allowing for easy device mounting, setting, and use.
