Flowmeters for OEM applications
Titan Enterprises produces a range of low-cost flowmeters for OEM applications.
With simple low-voltage DC electronic interfaces, using transistor pulse outputs to monitor actual liquid flow rate, or a switch alarm to signal flow failure of coolants or refrigerants, the sensors are a standard component for systems builders.
With 8 or 10mm hose barb connections, or 0.25 and 0.5in BSPF threads, standard Titan 800-1000 Series Pelton wheel mini-turbine units are nonmetallic with only PVDF, ceramic and sapphire in contact with the process fluid.
Available to monitor from the lowest flow up to 30 litre/min, the typical operation of each unit covers a 10:1 flow range.
Specific meter end connections, construction materials, electrical connections or flying leads can be provided to suit such OEM applications.
Metallic or stainless-steel bodies are available as an option.
Traceable calibration is provided on 900 and 1000 series units: flow alarm switch settings can also be factory preset.
Electronic flow indicator and totaliser units are available for direct flow indication, if required. Request a free brochure from Titan Enterprises ...
