Tektonisk of Norway has announced the creation of a wholly owned UK subsidiary as a base for its continuing expansion into the Process industry e-Content marketplace Phil Gould and Paul Pestille, previously senior executives with Intergraph Corporation, have been appointed the UK's Operations Director and Sales and Marketing Director respectively
Gould and Pestille bring with them over 50 years' combined experience in the Process and Information Management industries and are well known and respected within the Owner Operator and Contracting communities.
"We are fortunate in acquiring Phil and Paul's commitment to enable us to fast-track the start-up of the UK operation" states Dag Pettersen, Managing Director of Tektonisk AS.
"The formation of a UK subsidiary is the logical next step in Tektonisk's expansion into the growing e-Content marketplace.
The UK is an obvious mirror for the joint ventures executed across the North Sea area and with companies such as BP and ABB already using Tektonisk's products and services, the availability of our UK capabilities will provide them with a wider, secure method of extending their relationship with us.
Even in this period of economic uncertainty, this expansion is a clear example of the cost-savings and efficiencies that our services and products are delivering and our commitment to our customers and the marketplace."
