Total Motion Systems is an approved distributor for the Trio Motion Technology range of motion co-ordinator products.

Total Motion Systems (TMS) is an approved distributor for the Trio Motion Technology range of motion co-ordinator products The system allows control of up to 24 axes of servo and stepper motors, with I/O and additional equipment such as keypads and displays, from a single master controller

Using the Trio fibre optic network several masters can be networked together.

The dedicated Motion Perfect program may be used to provide a wide range of programming facilities and gives the user direct access to the Trio Basic programming language which allows the user to build stand alone programs or to send commands from an external computer.

Standard program constructs such as variables, loops, I/O, maths and conditions are provided as well as multi-axis interpolation, circular and helical interpolation, cam profiles, software gearboxes, linked movements, axis superimposition, imaginary axes and hardware registration.

Variations are available to give interface to many types of servo and stepper axes, with and without encoder feedback, and to a number of advanced communications options.

DIN rail mounted expansion boxes allow the number of I/O channels to be increased.

Note that the variations available differ across the range of controller options.
