Eckstein has 20 years of IT industry experience, with background in radio frequency (RF), RF identification and telecoms.
In his new position, he is responsible for the growth and innovation of the company in developing new markets.
Previously, as Vice President of Strategic Planning, he led long-term planning and development for the company's Gempass programme and its product roadmap.
Before joining Two Technologies, Eckstein was Vice President of Worldwide RandD for Checkpoint Systems.
Before that, he was Manager of Digital Products at QEI.
Eckstein earned a degree in electrical and computer engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, and holds seven patents, with 13 more pending, in RFID, telecoms, target manufacturing and mobile computing.
Schwartz will oversee all the firm's marketing activities, including research, planning, branding and communications.
He has 25 years of experience in the marketing and technology sectors.
Before joining, he spent six years as Managing Director for Stratnext, a strategic marketing consulting firm based in Horsham.
Before that, he put in four years as executive director at Bellcore and Saic, a Fortune 500 systems integrator, and four years as director of marketing at Peirce-Phelps, a systems integrator in Philadelphia.
Schwartz earned a degree in architecture and administrative sciences from Yale University and an MBA degree in marketing management from Drexel University.
Turco's career spans 25 years in mechanical and electrical design and engineering.
In his new position, he oversees all areas of manufacturing.
During his 12-year tenure with the company, he has served as Engineering Department Manager, Mechanical Engineer and PCB Designer.
Previously, he worked with Quad Systems and Ram Precision, both based in Horsham.
Turco earned a degree in electrical and mechanical design technologies from the American Institute of Design Technologies, Philadelphia, and holds three product patents.
