Two Technologies' Horsham, Pennsylvania facility has been recertified to meet ISO9001:2000 standards.

Two Technologies, the leading manufacturer of rugged, customisable handheld computers, has announced that its Horsham, Pennsylvania facility has been recertified to meet ISO9001:2000 standards.

The audit was conducted by QMI, the largest management system registrar in North America.

During the two and one half day audit, Two Technologies, which has been ISO certified to the 9001 standard since 1998, was found to have zero nonconformance issues.

QMI analysed Two Technologies quality process model and its methods for demonstrating continual improvement and customer satisfaction.

In addition, it evaluated the accuracy of the metrics used to determine how effectively internal processes are working with a focus on improving results.
