Temperature and RH monitor handles food processing such as cold fish smoking, sausage maturing rooms, sausage cooking chambers, bakeries proofing rooms, cold room storage and drying rooms.

The TMI Termo Online is a temperature and relative humidity intercom acquisition system.

The system is based on double strand intercom wiring that is applicable for long distance inexpensive wiring.

The system can acquire information from eight to 64 data channels and is for temperatures logged between -40 and +85C.

The supplied software runs on a PC.

The eight channel sampling device unit can be enlarged to 64 channels.

The wiring is done by two strand intercom cable.

NTC thermistors with an accuracy of 0.25C are connected to the 12V power supplied device.

The system can be used for quality assurance, product development and processes such as cold fish smoking, sausage maturing rooms, sausage cooking chambers, bakeries proofing rooms, incubators, cold room storage, drying rooms, freezers and room monitoring.
