TM Robotics, the European sales partner of Toshiba Machine, will share a stand with partner company ICS of Bottendorf.
On show will be a Toshiba Machine TH-350 robot as well as the recently launched TH-450 and a three axis Cartesian robot.
The TH-350 robot will be playing solitaire, an activity that has attracted much attention at previous exhibitions.
"Visitors to our stand are always very keen to know the robot's solution to the game", explained Nigel Smith, Managing Director of TM Robotics.
"As a result, we will be giving away free solitaire solutions to our guests".
The TH-350 robot provides better accuracy and repeatability than other SCARAs of its size, as well as offering quick cycle times.
It features absolute encoders as standard, dispensing with the need for a home return function.
Combined with payloads of up to 3kg and repeatability of +/-0.01mm this results in a package capable of meeting the most demanding industry applications.
Elsewhere on the stand, the TH-450 robot will be demonstrating its conveyor tracking functionality, working hand in hand with a vision system.
The result will provide potential customers with a virtuoso display of accuracy and speed.
Indeed, the TH-450 is the quickest SCARA robot in its class, achieving goalpost cycle times of less than 0.3s.
As well as the traditional users of robot systems, this powerful package should be of great interest to manufacturers operating high-speed processes such as food and pharmaceutical handling and assembly work - including cosmetic or health and beauty products.
"This extremely cost effective solution, with very short payback times, should attract manufactures of all sizes", commented Smith.
"Smaller companies will be interested in its affordability, while manufacturers specifying larger lines will note the extremely attractive return on investment cycle".
Finally, the Cartesian robot will be demonstrating its smooth motion and constant speed as part of a sealing display.
Perfect for applications in gluing, sealing and dispensing, the robot is constructed on a modular basis, and can be configured in up to 250 variations with a payload capacity of up to 150kg per axis.
