Torque Control, specialist supplier of Blind Rivet Nuts and associated tooling has strengthened its Technical Support Service, not only providing a comprehensive tool repair service with back-up stocks of spare parts on all major tool manufacturers but in-factory support on tool use and maintenance.
During installation the Blind Rivet Nut undergoes a controlled deformation which relies on the correct tool setting to ensure a firm grip and overall thread quality.
Setting for material thickness is therefore vital, as is tool maintenance.
Tools which ensure the accurate installation of the hexagonal inserts are also available from Torque Control including a special for cutting a hexagonal shape from one side.
Torque Control also stock one of the widest ranges of Blind Rivet Nuts with both manual and pneumatic tools available on long or short term hire.
