VersaNut inserts are novel blind fasteners from Torque Control that provide a deep, permanent thread in metal or plastic materials.
VersaNut inserts are novel blind fasteners from Torque Control that provide a deep, permanent thread in metal or plastic materials.
Four wide and extremely strong legs grip the host material so that VersaNut inserts will give greater holding power than other types of insert.
The grip range is much greater than other blind nuts with M6 gripping from 0.50 to 7.10mm and then from 7.10 to 12.70mm on the second grip product.
VersaNut inserts will be available in M4 to M10, steel with zinc and gold passivation.
Torque Control also stocks a range of tools for installing the product, which can be purchased or hired.
In-house servicing of tools is available, together with training on customer's production line.
