Satisfying the growing need for halogen-free cables, Ansley 191 features a high operating temperature capability of 150C in an industry-standard 1.27mm flat ribbon cable Halogen-free insulation is now frequently specified for confined environments with poor or limited ventilation and is designed to greatly reduce the production of harmful toxins and smoke which are frequently emitted from conventional PVC insulations in the event of a fire

Using 28AWG 7/36 stranded conductors, and designed for use with IDC connectors, Ansley 191 cable is available in a range of sizes from 10 to 64 ways and is packaged on 30m reels.

The highly flame retardant insulation provides a high oxygen index of 46% with a UL94V0 flammability rating, and a wide operating temperature range of -30 to 150C.

Other specification includes 100ohm impedance, capacitance of 40pF/m and a propagation delay of 4.10ns/m. Request a free brochure from Tyco Electronics UK ...
