Intelligent, universal drives use DSP control
Universal drives covering brushless, DC, linear and step motors from 25W (45V, 0.5A) to 640W (80V, 8A) embed motion control, drive and PLC functionalities in one frame unit of different sizes.
Servo control modules squeezed into compact units
Technosoft's ISCM4805 / ISCM8005 Intelligent Servo Control Modules are particularly adapted for distributed and co-ordinated control of brushless, DC, linear or step motors up to 240W, 80V.
Being software configurable and having comprehensive diagnostics ISCM4805 is able to drive brushless, DC brush or step motors up to 200W (48V, 5A).
It is developed to embed motion control, drive and PLC functionalities in a single open frame unit (80 x 50 x 17mm, credit card format).
A 240W (80V, 5A) version (ISCM8005) is also available.
The ISCM4805 is easily programmable with high-level Technosoft Motion Language (TML) in a graphical environment, in stand alone or multi-axis configurations.
Torque, speed, position, contouring, profiling, e-cams and step motor emulation are the multimode motion operations of this servo module.
Accepted sensors are tacho generators, incremental encoders, digital or linear Hall-effect devices.
Typical applications include distributed motor control with the possibility of electronic gearing or CAM functions over CAN (optionally CANopen) or RS232 networks.
Starter kits and motion libraries (C++, Delphi, Visual Basic and PLCopen libraries for various PLCs) are the ideal environment for evaluating this product and integrating it into final projects.
Cost optimised design and networking possibilities make ISCM4805 the perfect solution for a variety of applications.
