The ISCM4805 intelligent servo control module has a cost optimised hardware structure designed for medium to high volume applications.

The ISCM4805 intelligent servo control module has a cost optimised hardware structure designed for medium to high volume applications.

Based on Technosoft's latest MotionChip DSP control technology, the ISCM4805 is a member of the cost-effective OEM products family developed on customer requirements.

Being software configurable and having comprehensive diagnostics ISCM4805 is able to drive brushless, DC brush or step motors up to 200W (48V, 5A).

It is developed to embed motion control, drive and PLC functionalities in a single open frame unit (80 x 50 x 17mm, credit card format).

A 240W (80V, 5A) version (ISCM8005) is also available.

The ISCM4805 is easily programmable with high-level Technosoft Motion Language (TML) in a graphical environment, in stand alone or multi-axis configurations.

Torque, speed, position, contouring, profiling, e-cams and step motor emulation are the multimode motion operations of this servo module.

Accepted sensors are tacho generators, incremental encoders, digital or linear Hall-effect devices.

Typical applications include distributed motor control with the possibility of electronic gearing or CAM functions over CAN (optionally CANopen) or RS232 networks.

Starter kits and motion libraries (C++, Delphi, Visual Basic and PLCopen libraries for various PLCs) are the ideal environment for evaluating this product and integrating it into final projects.

Cost optimised design and networking possibilities make ISCM4805 the perfect solution for a variety of applications.
