Two new stainless-steel tees allow users to connect plastic tubing without using hose-barb fittings or tubing extensions, resulting in easier sampling, mixing and fluid transfer.

Two new stainless-steel tees, available from Tom Parker of Preston, allow users to connect plastic tubing without using hose-barb fittings or tubing extensions, resulting in easier sampling, mixing and fluid transfer.

Manufactured by CPC, the tees provide a three-port manifold with snap-on connectors designed for secure connection with MPC and MPX quick-disconnect couplings.

Made from micropolished 316L stainless steel with class VI silicone O-rings, they are durable, chemical resistant and will withstand repeated autoclaving.

Typical applications will include: bioprocessing, chemical handling and pharmaceutical applications.
