Rotoflux has appointed Tom Parker, of Preston, as its sole agent for the UK and Ireland, responsible for sales of its range of rotary unions.

The rotary unions are specially designed to allow the flow of fluids from a stationary part of a machine (for example from a pipe) to a rotating part (for example the rotating cylinder of a printing machine).

Only high quality materials (stainless steel, special steels, brass and tungsten carbide) are used in making Rotoflux rotary unions.

The range is available for a variety of media including water, steam, hot oil, air, vacuum, hydraulic oil and coolant.

Operating pressures are between 100 and 5700lb/in2, and maximum speeds of up to 20,000rev/min.

Rotoflux rotary unions serve many industries including: printing, machine tools, steel, glass and textile.
