NS4 series quick disconnect couplings feature nonspill valves in a compact size at a great price.

NS4 series quick disconnect couplings feature nonspill valves in a compact size at a great price The innovative couplings are lightweight, chemically-resistant and easy to use

The NS4 series nonspill design virtually eliminates spills, minimises downtime and enhances operator safety.

They are ideal when even a few drops of fluid pose a problem regarding safety, media costs or environmental regulations.

Colour coding is also available.

NS4 applications are varied, and include ink handling, chemical delivery systems, electronics cooling, instrumentation and medical devices.

The coupling is designed for tubing from 0.125 to 0.375in and is also available with BSPT threads or as a panel mount.

The main components of the NS4 are made out of glass-filled polypropylene with 316 stainless steel springs and EPDM or optional FKM O-ring seals, which provide high resistance to a wide variety of corrosive media.

The NS4's olefinic overmoulding increases the durability of the connection and provides a better grip for users.

The overmoulding is also used for colour coding, which provides instant visual differentiation of diverse media lines.

The new nonspill connection can withstand operating pressures from vacuum to 8.3bar and temperatures from 0 to 71C.
