Compressed air has the potential to cause serious or even fatal operator injury
For companies utilising this form of power, it is the employer's responsibility to ensure employee safety when using equipment and tools.
Pneumatic safety specialists CEJN has launched a 'Don't Risk Your Life At Work' leaflet and a website, to help raise awareness of the potential risks involved with the use of compressed air.
Designed in close co-operation with its UK distributor, Tom Parker, the leaflet and website provides information on the standards and safety guidelines that are applicable.
Information is also provided on their products which are designed to combat the associated risks.
The range, which includes quick connect couplings, blow guns and hose reels, offers high performance characteristics including excellent flow properties, easy connection and durability.
Tom Parker specialises in pneumatics and hydraulics and offers free technical advice and support on all of the CEJN product range.
