In recent times "one stop shop" has become an overworked phrase, but Toolcraft Plastics has found its facility to ultrasonically weld plastic parts has proved more than just useful to clients.
In recent times "one stop shop" has become an overworked phrase, but Toolcraft Plastics has found its facility to ultrasonically weld plastic parts has proved more than just useful to clients.
Components can be made in two or more pieces from relatively simple tools rather than one more complex, costly tool and then accurately welded to form the final component.
Also the ability to economically screen print, even provide decorative hot foil printing, has cut handling and transport charges.
Additionally it reduces the time absorbed by clients on goods-in procedures and inspection as the part comes in only once.
