To further enhance the Toolcraft rapid prototyping service, parts can be cut in solid plastic using files direct from design software.
To further enhance the Toolcraft rapid prototyping service, parts can be cut in solid plastic using files direct from design software.
Toolcraft's experience in the moulding and mould tool design, means that models are based on economical and practical designs, incorporating such as champers, shaped edges and corners and appropriate draft angles.
Subsequent mould tool manufacture is then accurate and based on the same files, but accomplished in minimal production time.
With Toolcraft's already established "design for manufacture" service for first time entrepreneurs and manufacturers alike, this additional facility gives Toolcraft a complete "innovation to production" ability with time-honoured experience in all plastics and elastomers.
