The experience of designing injection mould tools plastic mouldings and vacuum formings for a range of products from mechanical components to cosmetic point of sale items, ensures Toolcraft Plastics' engineer based product design team designs plastic products that are ready for production, with appropriate draft angles split lines and tolerances and with artistic flair.

Toolcraft also overcomes common concerns with product design such as product design house costs and lead times by agreeing in advance a much lower fixed price and lead time for the concept product design.

on approval, the finalised product design is created, once again at a fixed price and lead time.

To ensure their needs are maintained, customers can work on a one to one basis with Toolcraft's designers while their product design is being created.

on completion, concept or working models can be made and used to test function and fit before tool manufacture or to help convince potential customers or investors of ideas.

The CAD design data can then be used to manufacture the tooling in Toolcraft's fully equipped toolroom and subsequently injection moulded, vacuum formed, printed and assembled using Toolcraft's other in-house facilities.
