Training at Make-A-Wish Foundation UK will be much easier thanks to the gift of a large projection screen television and video by Toshiba.

Angela Murphy, Toshiba's European Marketing Communications Manager, and Pam Thorley, Marketing Co-ordinator from Toshiba UK visited Make-A-Wish chief executive Norma Scott last week to see the charity's new video in the training room.

"Our previous television was too small for effective training, so this superb large screen projection TV, and the new video player will make all the difference", said Scott.

"Toshiba has known the charity for many years and this gave us the chance to give them a welcome present for their new home", added Angela Murphy.

The UK Foundation has been based in Camberley since its inception in 1986 and is currently granting wishes at the rate of one per day.

Its sole objective is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses between the ages of 3 and 18.
