The Unitek Miyachi LW500A and LW600A pulsed Nd:YAG lasers are specifically for high-speed seam and spot welding applications that require deep penetration, hermeticity and high repetition rates.

With average output power ranging from 500 to 600W, these state-of-the-art lasers provide exceptional pulse energy, and feature real-time power feedback, 20-segment pulse shaping, and power ramp-up and ramp-down, which together, provide the user with exceptional weld process control, repeatability and uptime.

Designed to fit both the application and budget, these lasers feature a removable touch-screen controlled pendant and up to four built-in fibre outputs which can be configured in time share and/or energy share modes so the most critical applications can be addressed using one or more workstations located up to 30m apart.
