Linear bearing system compensates for
misalignment
TPA's linear bearing system allows users to carry a range of payloads across difficult surfaces.
Designed for manufacturers of material handling, packaging, transportation, and similar equipment, the Twinrace linear bearing system offers the ability to carry payloads ranging from 23 to over 227kg over distances up to and exceeding 4.0m The unique design is able to compensate for mild rail misalignments, allowing use directly on low-precision surfaces such as welded steel frames, sheet metal housings, and aluminium extrusion based frames

Extruded steel telescopic rail system
The TLR Series telescopic rail system is constructed of extruded steel rails and precision, double row ball bearing rollers to create a high capacity, long stroke telescopic rail system.
Further the Twinrace is tolerant of contamination and works well in dusty, gritty, or otherwise dirty environments.
Available in three basic rail sizes: 18, 28 and 43mm wide and with standard or extended sliders, Twinrace systems can be sized to fit the application.
Rails are available up to 4m long and can be spliced together for longer distances.
The unique alignment compensation ability of the Twinrace system allows manufacturers to install the Twinrace on low-precision surfaces and not suffer from mechanical binding.
Manufacturers can avoid the cost and time of precision machining rail seats in their machine.
