The Tapflo Sanitary Series is a range of highly cost-effective, hygienic, air diaphragm pumps designed to suit applications found in the dairy, grocery, beverages, bakery, brewery, cosmetics and hygiene industries Made from high quality stainless steel, both the liquid side and outside of the pumps are electropolished to obtain a superior hygienic finish

The sandwich diaphragm, which is available in PTFE or white EPDM, has a completely plain surface that eliminates bacteria growth problems.

Special surface finishes are available to meet specific requirements.

Available in various forms and any combination of one or two inlets and outlets, the Sanitary Series is supplied in four sizes with capacity up to 425 litre/min.

They can be supplied with a jacket through which a heating or cooling medium is continuously circulated to maintain the pumped product at a specific temperature.

In their standard form the pumps are fitted with TC clamp connectors but virtually any connection used in the hygienic field such as DIN, SMS, RJT and ANSI can be specified.

All Tapflo pumps can be dismantled swiftly and easily without the need for any tools and are fitted with a pollution free air valve and the sealing system is lubrication free to eliminate any danger of oil contamination.
