A new series of 180-degree angled swivel units are designed for loading and unloading machine tools, multiple grippers and transfer lines.

A new series of 180-degree angled swivel units is available from Techno-Sommer Automatic.

Each device has a novel pivoting transfer plate that rotates 180 degrees under pneumatic pressure of 8bar.

These units are designed for loading and unloading machine tools, multiple grippers and transfer lines.

Each angled swivel unit has a through hole which can be used to carry a myriad of items, such as: electric wiring, water hoses or even piston rods through the centre.

All units have built in air manifolds which allow for tangle free transmission of air to your attachments.

Maximum cycle times for can be adjusted up to 171 per minute, depending on the model and weight of the end effector.

Identified as the Models SW50D4, SW74D4, SW100D4, SW155D4 and SW195D4, they feature torque ratings of 1.5-120Nm at 6bar.

They are all available on a special free trial evaluation basis.
