TR Controls takes on Di-soric sensor range in UK

One of Germany's leading sensor manufacturers, Di-soric GmbH, has appointed TR Controls as its UK agent for the company's full range of high specification products.

One of Germany's leading sensor manufacturers, Di-soric GmbH, has appointed TR Controls as its UK agent for the company's full range of high specification products.

Based at Great Dunmow in Essex, TR Controls is the UK subsidiary of TR Electronic GmbH, and was initially established to sell the company's range of programmable absolute encoders.

This has been so successful that expansion into a complimentary range of sensors was seen as a natural progression path for the business.

The Di-soric product portfolio is particularly strong in the areas of frame and fork sensors, optical ring sensors and capacitive label sensors.

They have a strong market share in Germany as a result of their initiatives on high quality and competitive pricing, and these factors fit well into the TR company philosophy.

Other products in the range include both inductive and capacitive proximity switches, ultrasonic and fibre optic sensors, lasers, measuring light curtains and optical beam sensors.

TR Controls will be building a distribution network to handle the sales expansion.
