A new, dual inlet version of the 1/2" Husky 515 air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump has been announced by Graco and is available from UK AODD pump specialist, Tri-Ark Ltd.

This new version of the popular pump has been introduced to provide a very low cost dosing option for 1:1 dosing of light viscous materials, with an accuracy of approximately 5%.

The 515 is an extremely versatile pump which already offers multiple porting for single inlet usage, with central 1/2" connections and 3/4" connections on the end, allowing interface to either size of piping.

A bolted construction ensures no-leak operation.

The new pump features an Acetal housing and Acetal liquid end, with Buna-N balls in the valves and Buna-N diaphragms.

This low cost alternative to stainless steel offers a flow rate up to 56 L/min and can be used to pump solvents, hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, esters, paints, enamels, inks, lacquers, adhesives and coatings.

The Husky 515 offers outstanding reliability, with an air valve developed from the highly successful dual cup system used on the Husky 1040 AODD pump.

This has been designed to run for a minimum of 10,000,000 cycles without failure of any of the air valve components.
