Versamatic has finally joined other manufacturers to offer EU Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX 100a) pumps to Group II Category 2GD levels in polypropylene.

To compliment the existing metal pumps with ATEX certification, Versamatic's new range of polypropylene pumps come with ports from 0.5 to 2in, encompassing flows from 0 to more than 650 litre/min.

In keeping with other pump manufacturers, Versamatic offers these pumps with Santoprene, PTFE, EPDM (Nordel), Viton and Nitrile (Buna) options, ensuring the best compatibility with the products traditionally pumped in these volatile environments.

Tri-Ark and its sister company Roban Engineering will stock these pumps alongside other leading brands such as: ARO, Blagdon, Depa, Flotronic, Fybroc, Goulds, Graco, Griswold, Hydra-Cell, Ingersol-Rand, Iwaki, ITT Jabsco, KSB, LMI, Lutz, Milton Roy, Mono, Moyno, Price Pumps, Pulsa (Pulsafeeder), Roban, Sandpiper, TopAir, Vanton, Verder, Warren-Rupp, Wanner, Waukesha, Wilden and Yamada.

Tri-Ark remains impartial when suggesting brand and offer all options of pump to its customers.

As demand for ATEX pumps increases, Tri-Ark claims to offer the most comprehensive levels of choice available.
