Vacuum show opens for early registration
Practical Vacuum has become the leading UK event for all aspects of vacuum technology and semiconductor processing.

Exhibitors at Practical Vacuum will include manufacturers, agents and distributors showing products and services allied to industry interests including: analysis and inspection, coatings and thin film, cryogenics, CVD, deposition sputtering, electronics, electronics materials and processing, etching and resist stripping, microscopy, plasma science and techniques, process gas, scientific instrumentation, semiconductors, vacuum metallurgy and wafer manufacture.
The success of Practical Vacuum can be highlighted by the 2006 event's visitor profiles that indicate 75% of visitors were responsible for, or had influence on, budgets and purchasing decisions.
Also, 66% of visitors were looking for new products with three-quarters finding solutions to their requirements.
In addition, 50% of visitors were looking for new suppliers and more than three quarters of them were successful in doing so.
Practical Vacuum 2006 was used by 50% of visitors to meet existing suppliers and more than a third stated that they used the event to compare several suppliers and products.
Practical Vacuum and Semiconductor Processing will also be colocated at the NEC with the following highly focused manufacturing events and visitors will enjoy comprehensive access to the latest technology to be found in a variety of industrial disciplines through interlinked halls at the NEC: Mtec - Sensors, Measurement and Instrumentation featuring Industrial Networks for Fieldbus and Open Systems; Machine Building, Drives and Automation incorporating PneuMotion; IPOT (Imaging, Photonics and Optical Technology), Machine Vision - the UK's leading vision event and Displays Technology; and 3C and MDT are also colocated alongside in Hall 12.
Preregistering for Practical Vacuum will enable visitors to receive their free entrance badge prior to the show providing unrestricted access to the other colocated events.
