Now available exclusively in the UK from Trident Engineering is the LN14, a new 14mm diameter, coreless, DC motor from Canon.
Now available exclusively in the UK from Trident Engineering is the LN14, a new 14mm diameter, coreless, DC motor from Canon Available in 6 and 12V versions, this bidirectional motor has a torque of 1.96mNm and a no-load speed 9050rev/min
The LN14 has an ironless, cylindrically wound rotor and is fitted with a high performance neodymium magnet.
The result is a compact motor with extremely low current consumption and low levels of inertia.
The LN14 is ideally suited to applications such as DVD pickup actuation, camera shutter operation, film winding, motorised actuators, medical equipment and CCTV systems.
