Patrick F Maderia, TriStar's Chief Executive Officer, will return to managing day to day operations from 1st July 2006.

Rod L Browning, the company's current President, has accepted a position with Go Daddy, as the Director of Outbound Programs.

Browning has held the position of President since October 2004 and began running day to day operations in January 2005.

Prior to that Browning was the Vice President of Operations, overseeing sales.

TriStar remains the nation's largest reseller of PTC engineering software, as well as PTC's largest certified training partner.

"We have some very exciting things happening right now and I don't see this change as anything but positive".

"Rod did some absolutely great things during his tenure, and he has put the company in a great position to have another record breaking year", says Maderia.

"I am very excited for Rod".

"He has done an excellent job the last 18 months as President, and he is a good friend whom I wish nothing but the very best".

"His leadership and friendship will be missed".

While Browning was President, Maderia was able to work with TriStar's Board of Directors on the direction of the company as well as strengthening relationships with key vendors including PTC, Intel and PNY/Nvidia.

He intends to continue the company's stable growth with the support from the reinforced relationships.

"I am looking forward to rolling my sleeves up and getting back to the day to day operations", Maderia said.

Browning comments on his decision: "I had a great time and have nothing but great things to say about TriStar and Mr Maderia".

"I learned a lot from him and obviously I am leaving the company in very capable hands".
