Easy to set up and move around, the new Scudo partitioning system offers employers a cost-effective and convenient way to improve health and safety standards throughout the factory premises, shielding areas where welding and similar processes take place.
The free-standing partitioning can be quickly configured into a range of layouts to meet the needs of a particular welding or manufacturing process, creating a separate safety zone within a larger space.
For easy transportation, Scudo panels are supplied in four component parts, and come complete with all the necessary fixings and detailed instructions.
Scudo panels can be supplied in both all steel and steel with a vision panel, in a matt black polyester powder coating with an average coat thickness of 70 microns.
Vision panels are available as laminated glass, toughened glass or polycarbonate and are held in place with a strong rubber gasket so that, in the event of an accident, material can be replaced easily.
All vision panels can be fitted with a UV filter to significantly reduce the amount of harmful light transferred through the glass.
Filters are available in a variety of colours.
