A new 7/16 male plug for.141" and.250" semi-rigid cable, which has a one piece center contact that is easy to assemble and conforms to DIN 47223, is being introduced by Tru-Connector Corporation

A new 7/16 male plug for.141" and.250" semi-rigid cable, which has a one piece center contact that is easy to assemble and conforms to DIN 47223, is being introduced by Tru-Connector Corporation of Peabody, Massachusetts.

The Tru-Connector 7/16 Male Plug for.141" and.250" semi-rigid cable has a direct solder, one-piece center contact and soldered outer jacket to simplify assembly and features < -155 dBc intermodulation.

Providing dielectric withstanding voltage of 4,000 VRMS and 50 Ohms impedance, this 7/16 connector is designed for dc to 6 GHz operation at -65C to +165C.

Easy to assemble by pushing the semi-rigid cable through the back of the connector and then soldering the center conductor, away from the body for easy access without heat, the Tru-Connector 7/16 Male Plug's mating dimensions conform to DIN 47223.

It has a brass body, with silver or TruLustre plating, a beryllium-copper contact and Teflon insulators.

The Tru-Connector 7/16 Male Plug is priced from $8.90 each, depending upon quantity.
