PowerVerter APS inverter/chargers offer automatic line-to-battery transfer and an advanced three-stage charging system to serve as an extended-run UPS system, a stand-alone power source or an automotive inverter.
The inverter/chargers provide AC power to equipment while utility power is available and simultaneously charge an array of user-supplied batteries.
When utility power is unavailable during power failures, on the road or at remote job sites, the inverter/chargers provide connected equipment with AC power inverted from battery reserves.
Instantaneous peak surge power (up to 200% of rated output) provides the extra power needed to cold start heavy-duty equipment.
