New from Transmission Developments is the TSG2 on-site timing belt welder and tooling for Breco belting.

On-site timing belt welding has traditionally only been available to the end-user through specialist fitting teams.

The TSG2 on-site timing belt welder and tooling allow the end-user to install new Breco belts or make field repairs without needing to use specialists and saving both time and money.

The equipment consists of a controller and a welding jig complete with tooling for one width/pitch of belt.

With both units only weighing 11kg each the apparatus is easily field portable and with a 1.5m armoured cable between the controller and the welding tool belts can be easily welded in inaccessible locations.

The welding tool is cooled with factory pressure compressed air through an airline connection and therefore does not need a seperate liquid cooling system.

Weld tools for all pitches/widths of Breco timing belts are available.

The units are CE marked.
