Transdev clip-on parts ensure delicate goods are protected against damage by the chain system, while also ensuring a slip-free conveyance process.

Transdev has released a range of chain attachment protector clips for use in chain-based conveying and parts handling processes.

These easy-to-install clip-on parts ensure delicate goods are protected against damage by the chain system, while also ensuring a slip-free conveyance process.

Damage-susceptible components must be protected in chain-based handing processes.

Transdev's chain attachment protector simply clips on to the roller chain and prevents direct contact between the chain and the items being transported.

Manufactured from POM, a high-performance plastic polymer, these durable protector clips feature an overlay of TPU (thermo-plastic elastomer) on the top surface, providing a high coefficient of friction between the clip and the conveyed goods, making these accessories particularly useful when moving goods which slip easily.

The top surface of these clips has been designed to enlarge the contact surface, significantly increasing the adhesion friction coefficient between the conveyed item and the clip.

To prevent any tilting or lifting of the carried load, the profile of the clip has been shaped to ensure there are no edge lifting pressures at the transfer points.

Suitable for use with the Wippermann 462L, 513GL and 548GLS roller chains, including the stainless-steel and maintenance-free Marathon versions, these parts are easy to install, highly durable and have a high load capacity, making them suitable for use in a wide variety of applications.
