Pneumatic cylinders set for power plant
upgrade
Thorite has been selected by TEI Greens Overseas to provide large bore cylinders as part of the current major retrofit contract within a Central American power generation plant.
Thorite has been selected by boiler manufacturer TEI Greens Overseas, of Wakefield, to provide large bore cylinders as part of the current major retrofit contract within a Central American power generation plant Thorite has supplied a number of Norgren large bore pneumatic cylinders, each of 200mm bore and 320mm stroke, which are used to actuate the gas control damper system on boilers in the power generation plant, enabling the operator to modulate steam output levels if required
